A request for a new identity for a business - Nautic Energy.
The brief from the client was to create a simple, strong and memorable logo, possibly a turbine on the ocean.
We played around with the turbine as well as the possibility of having a more abstract version showing some energy symbols creating an 'N' in the negative space.
First round of ideas and the more obvious image was favoured, now a case of tweaking the layout, fonts and colours.
A few more options were suggested and shown and once the final version was decided on a set of Brand Guidelines were created along with an animated logo.
The client said,
'the quality, speed and creativity, were better than I was expecting, and I had high expectations. I can't explain how impressed I am with it - and I love the animated version!'
